Default Is Space Big Enough for a US-Sino Partnership?

The USA and China need to do something to aid in stabalising our relationships. A commercial company in the US now has a shuttle capable of flights from Earth, the ISS, and the Moon. New propulsion tech'y and metals for the skin of the ship has that covered to keep down costs. By 2022 the same company will have a Manned Moon base and a 5 year deep space plan already in flight. The US may be down but not out, NASA is very much involved in multiple commercial ventures to save $$$ and still keep the USA in front. I feel the USA needs me as NASA's marketing manager to raise funds for the program and get NASA back to full funding. My opinionthefuture2012@comcast.net
