A sailor on the U.S. New Orleans reported being on watch when the submarine hit them from below. Having to run to Central Command then throughout the ship looking for damage not knowing what had hit them or if they had been fired upon. Here our own submarine surfaced without their sonar going due to being in the canal. How could that have happened?
